Endurance programming
Periodised swim, bike and run built around the real shape of your week: board cycles, travel, broken sleep. Load is prescribed against what your life can absorb, never against an idealised calendar.

Performance advisory · Endurance · Leadership
An integrated coaching practice for senior executives and founders who train and race alongside the demands of serious careers. Training, recovery and career load are treated as one system, because that is what the body experiences.
The philosophy
Three careers pointed at the same conclusion. In the military, capability was rebuilt by exposing an injured body to precisely as much stress as it could adapt to, never more and never nothing. In corporate transformation, the programmes that held were never the heroic ones; they were the ones with a cadence people could sustain for two years.
In sport, the pattern is identical. Nobody finds eleven hours of durability on race morning. They accumulate it across eighteen unremarkable months, then spend it in one day.
Grit is what you reach for when the preparation was insufficient. The work here is to make it unnecessary.

The method
Most athletes assemble a coach, a physiotherapist and, if they are unusually self-aware, an executive coach, then quietly absorb the cost of three parties who never speak. This practice is built the other way: one plan, written for one person, held by someone who has lived all three disciplines. You do not have a training life, a working life and a body. You have one nervous system and one calendar.
Periodised swim, bike and run built around the real shape of your week: board cycles, travel, broken sleep. Load is prescribed against what your life can absorb, never against an idealised calendar.
Structural work runs continuously rather than arriving after a breakdown. Tissue tolerance is kept ahead of training load, so interruption becomes rare. When rehab is needed, it continues the same system. Continuity is the product.
Periodisation does not stop at the race calendar. We set the peaks: the board cycle, the quarter that matters, the A race. Foundations are laid where you need them, capacity arrives when it matters, and the mindset underneath is trained with the same intent.

One plan, held by one person who can see the board meeting, the hamstring and the Sunday long ride at the same time, and adjust all three before any of them breaks.
Who this is for
Senior executives, founders and partners carrying genuine organisational load.
Executives first, athletes second: triathlon sits at the centre of the practice, and committed cyclists and runners are equally welcome, from a first 70.3 to championship racing.
People who have already found that a generic plan collapses on contact with their calendar.
Anyone who wants prehab to run as continuously as training itself, so resilience is built ahead of load rather than rebuilt after breakdown.
Anyone who wants training integrated into a demanding life rather than bolted onto it.
If you want a plan without a relationship, there are better and cheaper places to start. If you are newer to the sport but carry real load elsewhere, that is a fit; the work simply starts earlier.
Background
Colleagues and clients keep pointing out the same thing: the corporate record arrived young for its scale. That is not an accident; it is what the same disciplined, systematised approach looks like when applied early. This practice teaches that approach.
Ten years of service at the highest levels: military policing, close protection, then elite physical training and rehabilitation delivery. Best student on every course, record holder on the close-protection physical test. That discipline sits behind every programme here.
FTSE 100 executive leadership. £1bn portfolio led, Big Four strategy, now £100m+ across 51 markets and 35+ brands. I coach from inside that calendar, not beside it.
Elite army triathlete. British championship racer, European championship qualifier. Now: world stage podiums, an 8:48 Ironman debut, Kona qualification.

The engagement
Eight athletes at any one time. The practice does not scale, and is not intended to.
A written application, followed by a ninety-minute conversation covering your season, your role and your history. Either side may decline.
Weekly review, direct line between sessions, and quarterly recalibration against both race and career objectives.
Application
Coaching that holds training, prehab and rehabilitation, and career performance in one plan is not offered anywhere else; it is the reason this practice stays small.
Applications are read personally and answered within five working days. If the roster is closed, you will be told so directly rather than placed on a list without explanation.
